The Program, Explained.

Still have a question? Our team can review your space and answer it directly.

What does it cost to have FTK chairs at my location?

There is no cost for qualified venues. FTK covers installation, equipment, maintenance, and insurance. Your role is to provide an approved space, standard power, and reasonable access for guests and service.

Do I receive a share of the chair revenue?

Yes. Every approved FTK placement includes a revenue-share program. We evaluate the site first so the partnership is sustainable and mutually rewarding.

How much space does each chair need?

Plan for approximately 3 feet by 6 feet per chair, with additional side clearance for comfortable access. We confirm the exact footprint during the site review.

What kind of power is required?

A standard 110-volt outlet is typically all that is needed. No special wiring is required for most commercial spaces.

Does the chair need internet or Wi-Fi?

No venue Wi-Fi is required. Each chair operates independently with a secure payment terminal, making placement practical anywhere with suitable power.

Who handles cleaning and maintenance?

FTK manages technical service, scheduled cleaning, and preventive maintenance. Venue teams help by keeping the surrounding area accessible and the chair connected to power.

What happens if a chair stops working?

Contact FTK Support. Remote monitoring may alert us before a call is placed, and our team works to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.

How quickly can installation happen?

After approval, most placements can be installed within 7–14 business days, depending on equipment inventory, venue access, and scheduling.

Which businesses are a strong fit?

Casinos, resorts, airports, malls, waiting areas, high-traffic retailers, employee dining rooms, and team lounges can all be strong candidates. The best placements combine steady traffic, dwell time, visibility, and convenient power.

Can I purchase a chair instead of hosting one?

FTK focuses on a managed placement model rather than chair sales. That allows us to retain responsibility for ownership, payments, insurance, maintenance, and service.
